RUSSELL COUNTY, Ala. (WTVM) - Russell County Sheriff Heath Taylor announced Monday that a major narcotics investigation led to multiple arrests and the seizure of drugs, cash, weapons and a vehicle. Taylor held a press conference at 11 a.m. ET at the sheriff’s office’s investigations building, detailing a joint operation between Russell County and Muscogee County authorities.
